Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Interact directly with clients to support the implementation, configuration, testing, and training of Bridgeway’s software solutions.

• Successfully manage and execute multiple development projects, including eligibility files and module installations.

• Convert business requirements into clearly defined and detailed specifications, user stories, and user-centric design documents.

• Engage and positively impact stakeholders during requirements-gathering sessions and solution review meetings, showcasing your capability to communicate effectively with end users, executive sponsors, and IT personnel.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with stakeholder objectives and business goals.

• Leverage a variety of tools and resources to resolve customer application inquiries or issues related to database, system configurations/setup, product functionality, and enhancements.

• Cultivate and sustain a thorough understanding of our products, solutions, and capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in software implementation, with a background in working with external clients.

• Familiarity with the benefits administration or Taft-Hartley sector is advantageous.

• Capability to handle multiple projects, effectively prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, focusing on clarity and brevity.

• Show strong initiative and a natural ability to learn in a complex and rapidly changing technological landscape.

• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
