Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assisting the Lead Business Analyst/Project Manager by articulating and presenting effective requirement proposals within a project or initiative.

• Engaging with one or more business areas to comprehend high-level requirements.

• Eliciting, validating, and documenting business requirements in formats such as Business Requirement Documents or user/feature stories.

• Involved in the design process coordinated by the programme management team, from design approval to the completion of functional design.

• Taking ownership of the assigned work and ensuring its successful completion.

• Aiding in the development of the test strategy, plan, and test cases in collaboration with business, testing, and development teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in preparing and issuing a variety of key business analysis deliverables.

• Familiarity with supporting the end-to-end testing cycle within a change initiative.

• Experience working on medium to large-scale change initiatives.

• Strong communication skills with a diverse range of individuals and substantial experience in stakeholder management.

• Business Analysis Accreditation(s) are desirable.

• Experience collaborating with Risk, Finance, and Treasury functions is advantageous.

• Basic understanding of the main asset classes and their associated trade and instrument attributes.

• Familiarity with regulatory reporting systems.
