📋 Description

• Collect, document, and verify business requirements for initiatives related to the Anti-Financial Crime system.

• Convert business needs into well-defined, structured specifications for IT and delivery teams.

• Coordinate and engage stakeholders from Compliance, Product, IT, and various business units.

• Facilitate delivery within an Agile framework, including planning and refinement processes.

• Provide assistance with migration-related projects in the domains of AML, KYC, Sanctions, or Fraud.

• Clarify and validate requirements continuously throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in IT or delivery settings.

• Capability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills across Product, Compliance, IT, and business users.

• Experience in Agile environments.

• Strong background in requirement documentation, clarification, and validation.

• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
