This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct discovery, fact-finding, and current-state analysis to gain insights into processes, pain points, stakeholder requirements, handoffs, dependencies, and potential improvement opportunities.
• Collect, analyze, and document requirements for BPRASSP initiatives, H.R.1 implementation, Medicaid policy and payment policy, operations, system impacts, and workflows that involve stakeholders.
• Examine where policy, operations, systems, and stakeholder needs converge, identifying alignment gaps, process challenges, root causes, and opportunities for redesign.
• Create process documentation, workflow diagrams, business rules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), quick reference guides (QRGs), readiness materials, and other implementation resources.
• Formulate recommendations for process redesign, operational enhancements, policy alignment, system preparedness, and sustainable implementation.
• Assist in implementing approved improvements by revising workflows, documentation, tracking tools, workgroup outputs, Jira items, and associated materials.
• Aid workgroups and core teams by preparing materials, documenting outcomes, translating findings into actionable recommendations or items, and tracking decisions and dependencies.
• Contribute to project deliverables, reports, meeting notes, and implementation materials by translating analysis, findings, recommendations, decisions, risks, and action items into clear documentation.
• Maintain project materials and action tracking in SharePoint and Jira, ensuring compliance with document management, version control, and follow-up standards.
• Facilitate interviews, workshops, requirements sessions, process improvement discussions, and follow-up meetings.
• Employ continuous improvement and change readiness practices to foster practical, data-informed, and sustainable enhancements.
• Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, operational analysis, requirements gathering, workflow documentation, or implementation support.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, healthcare, public sector programs, eligibility operations, payment policy, policy implementation, or similar complex program environments.
• Excellent facilitation, writing, analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Capability to synthesize policy, operational, system, data, and stakeholder inputs into clear findings, recommendations, and implementation actions.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Jira, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, or similar tools for analysis, coordination, and documentation.
• Ability to manage sensitive program, operational, and client information while adhering to confidentiality, PII/PHI, and HIPAA regulations.
