Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Evaluate change requests to determine their scope and how to implement the requested changes, affecting our customers, lenders, and insurance carriers.

• Conduct root cause analysis to pinpoint bugs, system process deficiencies, and user actions that led to quality errors.

• Propose enhancements based on analysis findings and present recommendations to functional business leaders and product owners.

• Develop and maintain procedural documentation, including user manuals, installation instructions, quick-reference materials, release notes, system configuration documents, and help files.

• Monitor data volume and conduct research on significant fluctuations in data.

• Oversee projects and actively contribute wherever necessary to enhance data quality.

• Investigate, document, and implement solutions for moderately complex data issues.

• Collaborate directly with carriers and aggregators to research, resolve, and implement discoveries related to data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with SQL and data query execution.

• At least 2 years working with Black Knight/I.C.E. (MSP).

• Two years of experience as a business analyst or in the insurance industry.

• Previous experience in product development utilizing agile methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline.

• Capability to process complex, time-sensitive data from various sources, make informed decisions, and communicate actions effectively.

• Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and work independently or collaboratively within a project team to complete multiple tasks.

• Adaptable and able to swiftly respond to business needs or shifting priorities.
