Knowledge Management Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and upkeep of resources for knowledge-sharing and Growth content.

• Contribute to the development of processes, guidelines, and documentation that support Growth initiatives.

• Seek out opportunities to enhance organizational efficiency through knowledge sharing and employee empowerment.

• Advocate for best practices that enhance information accessibility and collaboration.

• Oversee the organization and implementation of Growth training programs.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create educational materials and related resources.

• Coordinate training logistics and activities to engage learners.

• Evaluate participation rates, effectiveness, and gather feedback from learners.

• Create and distribute communications that support Growth initiatives and programs.

• Simplify complex ideas into clear, employee-friendly messages.

• Aid in the implementation and adoption of new tools and process enhancements.

• Produce user onboarding resources, guidance documents, and communication materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree.

• Proficiency in Knowledge Management tools such as SharePoint, AI, and other platforms.

• Experience in developing learning curricula, coordinating training, and facilitating sessions.

• Knowledge of Employee Communications.

• Project management experience, particularly in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and technology adoption.

• US Citizenship is mandatory.
