Senior Identity and Access Management Analyst – IAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the enterprise-wide implementation of process and technology advancements within the IAM domain.

• Record process enhancements and establish requirements for system modifications.

• Create and disseminate promotional and support documentation.

• Oversee the integration of information security best practices across the organization, guided by user feedback and industry benchmarks.

• Effectively communicate with internal teams to resolve user issues and enhance security compliance.

• Assist IAM operations activities, including access reviews, control execution, and audits.

• Engage and represent IAM in project meetings and team calls to ensure security requirements are met in line with standards and policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of combined experience in information security, vulnerability management, compliance, technology auditing, or a related field within healthcare.

• Knowledge of NIST and CMS Cybersecurity Frameworks.

• Experience with a focus on information security and regulatory compliance management.

• Familiarity with healthcare environments and the planning and implementation of compliance measures.

• Capable of articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A collaborative team player who can work productively with others.

• Proficient in planning, problem-solving, analysis, collaboration, and communication.

• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the capacity to represent security matters to leadership.

• Ability to influence and/or lead security-related business development initiatives.

• Strong organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple high-pressure situations concurrently.

• Solid understanding of project management principles.
