Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective;

• Organize, plan, and oversee sprints, ensuring that deliveries are visible and aligned;

• Gather, analyze, and document both functional and non-functional requirements;

• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation;

• Analyze, categorize, and detail requests while identifying impacts, risks, and dependencies;

• Foster communication among stakeholders, business units, and development teams;

• Assist in managing and refining the product backlog;

• Actively engage in Discovery and Delivery processes;

• Map out business processes and suggest enhancements that drive operational efficiency;

• Prepare executive presentations, follow-up documents, and management reports;

• Track metrics and indicators related to product development and team outputs;

• Assist in testing and functional validations to ensure compliance with defined requirements;

• Maintain traceability between business needs, requirements, and delivered solutions;

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the team’s processes, methods, and practices;

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Owner, or in similar roles;

• Experience in Agile environments, particularly with Scrum or comparable methodologies;

• Demonstrated experience in leading Agile ceremonies such as Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective;

• Proficient in managing, organizing, refining, and prioritizing a backlog;

• Knowledge of gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements;

• Proven ability in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules;

• Capability to translate business needs into clear requirements for development teams;

• Experience in analyzing, categorizing, and prioritizing requests;

• Familiarity with Discovery and Delivery processes for digital products;

• Proficient in Agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar;

• Knowledgeable in mapping and documenting business processes;
