This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Become a part of the Provost’s Office, at the forefront of the University’s strategic transformation.
• Identify business needs and convert them into comprehensive requirements specifications.
• Collaborate with Product Teams, leaders in Academic Affairs, and Professional Services.
• Spearhead the discovery and analysis of new opportunities.
• Advocate for smarter, more efficient processes.
• Provide valuable insights to senior decision-makers, including the Provost and Product Owners.
• Assist in initiatives from the initial exploration phase through to testing, launch, and ongoing support.
• Ensure that new systems and processes are reliable, user-focused, and in line with the University’s long-term vision.
• Influence strategic priorities and contribute to ongoing improvement and innovation within Academic Affairs.
• Demonstrated success and extensive work experience, showcasing deep, specialized, and/or broad knowledge acquired through progressively complex roles.
• Strong capability to analyze intricate problems, recognize opportunities, and convert insights into practical recommendations.
• Confident in collaborating with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and a diverse range of stakeholders to foster alignment and achieve results.
• Proficient in mapping, assessing, and enhancing processes.
• Experience in eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements for new initiatives.
• Comfortable managing end-to-end project lifecycles from discovery and design to testing, launch, and ongoing support.
• Capable of presenting complex information in a clear and persuasive manner to decision-makers at all levels.
• An analytical, collaborative, and forward-thinking professional who excels in complex environments.
