This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +17 more states.
• Become a specialist in all offerings and services of the Zillow Rentals Network.
• Implement the MEDDPICC sales approach and incorporate Challenger techniques in every customer engagement to promote insight-driven, value-oriented discussions.
• Conduct a high volume of calls to boost participation from multifamily rental management firms.
• Use Salesforce.com to prospect, document activities, and oversee your calendar and opportunities.
• Engage in multifamily rental conferences, association meetings, trade shows, and property management company gatherings to enhance partnerships, revenue, and visibility for the Zillow Rental Network.
• Clearly communicate performance expectations to clients both internally and externally.
• Regularly achieve and surpass success metrics, including revenue and retention rates.
• Demonstrate excellence in high-level discussions and presentations with decision-makers, focusing on fostering positive relationships to drive business outcomes.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Zillow Group, advocating for the best interests of the company, its advertisers, and industry collaborators.
• Represent the customer’s voice to influence enhancements in product, marketing, and sales processes.
• Over 2 years of experience in outside sales and business-to-business sales.
• Experience in selling to medium/mid-market accounts involving complex or multiple decision-makers.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets and other key performance indicators.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
• High energy and a strong desire to achieve top results, combined with a personable, positive "can-do" attitude both on the phone and in person.
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment to working efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• A passion for engaging in high-level conversations with decision-makers and influencers.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
• Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, and other data analytics tools, including Google Analytics.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems is preferred.
• In addition to a competitive base salary, individuals in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards.
