Business Advisor – Field Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Visit franchise locations to assess what is effective — and what can be enhanced further.

• Assist owners in refining their operations, marketing, and sales strategies.

• Analyze P&Ls, identify growth opportunities, and establish intelligent goals.

• Support franchisees with marketing campaigns, training sessions, and technical setups.

• Act as a liaison between franchise owners and our corporate support team.

• Celebrate successes, address challenges, and ensure everyone is progressing.

• Travel approximately 50% of the time — exploring your region while aiding businesses in flourishing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Business Advisor in a relevant (preferably Sign) industry; franchising experience is a plus.

• Strong proficiency in analyzing budgets and P&L statements.

• Understanding of retail marketing strategies and branding.

• Background in project management and applying best industry practices.

• Capability to advise on labor issues and vendor/supplier procurement challenges.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills for effectively communicating new business processes and procedures.

• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

• Technical aptitude and a quick grasp of new technologies.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office products.

• Flexible schedule and willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.

• Familiarity with graphic design software, point-of-sale systems, and accounting software.
