This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Provide franchisees within the designated region with industry training and support aimed at enhancing profitability.
• Develop, promote, and execute a robust Catering program for franchisees.
• Initiate the franchisee store Startup Program.
• Optimize restaurant profitability through business performance assessments, P&L reviews, training, and evaluations of store operations.
• Supervise the operations of multiple restaurants.
• Create sales strategies and business development plans.
• Partner with the marketing team to implement local active and digital marketing campaigns.
• Comprehend KPIs and analytics.
• Train and reinforce adherence to the franchise model, system, and best practices.
• Mentor, train, and manage hourly staff, management, and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and business regulations, and maintain essential equipment in branches.
• Gather brand compliance data and assist franchisees in enhancing their image.
• Maintain brand standards of excellence and service quality.
• Organize and conduct training programs for franchisees to elevate brand awareness within the region.
• Attend regional meetings and manage the completion, maintenance, and processing of necessary paperwork, records, and daily reports.
• Consult with franchisees to identify needs or problem areas and determine necessary investigations for solutions.
• Provide advice to the Brand Leader on issues highlighted through franchisee communications.
• Conduct weekly or bi-weekly follow-ups with franchisees to ensure optimal results.
• Maintain a daily and weekly schedule in Microsoft Outlook at least two weeks ahead.
• Construct and adhere to guidelines for new location setups, including the understanding and utilization of required tools.
• Proactively advance programs that benefit both the brand and franchisees.
• Travel 50-75% within and outside the assigned region.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.B.A., or B.S.) or equivalent from a four-year college or university; or Associate's degree (A.A. or A.S.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one to three years of related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience that is equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, Customer Relationship Management systems, and scheduling software.
• Experience with Point-of-sale (POS) software and accounting software is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license and automobile insurance are required.
• A credit card with an available limit to cover expenses is necessary.
• Strong background in the relevant industry and specific production techniques.
• Experience in sales and business operations, with the capability to interpret profit and loss statements.
• Restaurant experience is essential.
• Willingness to travel 50-75%, including attendance at Tradeshows, Regional Meetings, and other assigned meetings.
