This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Deliver industry training and support to franchisees within the designated region while enhancing profitability.
• Engage in the launch of new store openings.
• Develop, drive, and execute a robust Catering program for franchisees.
• Implement the Startup Program for franchisee stores.
• Optimize restaurant profits through evaluations of business performance, P&L reviews, training, and assessments of store operations.
• Oversee the management of multiple restaurant locations.
• Formulate sales strategies and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local and digital campaigns actively.
• Analyze and utilize KPIs and analytics effectively.
• Train and reinforce the franchise model, system, and best practices.
• Provide guidance, training, and management to hourly employees, management, and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, business laws, regulations, and essential equipment operating standards across branches.
• Gather brand compliance data and assist franchisees in enhancing their brand image.
• Maintain and uphold brand standards of excellence and service.
• Organize and implement training programs for franchisees to boost brand awareness in the region.
• Participate in regional meetings and manage, maintain, and process necessary paperwork, records, and daily reports.
• Consult with franchisees to identify needs or issues, determining necessary investigations and solutions.
• Advise the Brand Leader on matters identified through franchisee interactions.
• Conduct weekly or bi-weekly follow-ups with franchisees to ensure desired outcomes.
• Maintain daily and weekly schedules in Microsoft Outlook at least two weeks ahead.
• Construct and adhere to guidelines for new location setups, including the utilization of required tools.
• Proactively advance initiatives that benefit the brand and franchisees.
• Travel 50-75% both within and outside the region.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.B.A., or B.S.) or equivalent from a four-year college or university; or Associate's degree (A.A. or A.S.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one to three years of related experience and/or training; or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, Customer Relationship Management systems, and scheduling software.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) and accounting software is advantageous.
• A valid driver's license and automobile insurance are required.
• A credit card with sufficient available credit to cover expenses is necessary.
• Strong background in the relevant industry and specific production techniques.
• Experience in sales and business operations with the ability to interpret profit and loss statements.
• Restaurant experience is essential.
• Must be open to traveling 50-75% of the time, including for Tradeshows, Regional Meetings, and other assigned meetings.
