Business Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Build a consultative relationship by assessing current and future needs, facilitating client retention.

• Provide guidance to members and clients regarding specialized products and services, ensuring their satisfaction.

• Create customized solutions that cater to client requirements, negotiate terms, and prepare comprehensive service packages.

• Contribute to business development goals by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities while maintaining client satisfaction, profitability, and managing risk.

• Keep abreast of the latest standards, products, and services within the industry.

• Serve, identify, solicit, and nurture business relationships with members and clients.

• Evaluate client inquiries and promote specialized products and services that align with client needs.

• Guarantee client satisfaction and service excellence in accordance with organizational standards and protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college diploma in a relevant field.

• At least one year of pertinent experience.

• Alternative combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.

• Proficiency in French is mandatory.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, as well as Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
