• Deliver administrative assistance to sales operations, ensuring precision, adherence to regulations, and prompt execution of internal processes.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Account Managers and internal stakeholders to facilitate public tender response strategies and the creation of thorough bid packages, in line with Agilent’s sales strategy.
• Aid in the assessment and evaluation of tender opportunities, with a specific emphasis on public procurement requirements, deadlines, and eligibility criteria.
• Contribute to the development and management of sales tools and platforms, playing a role in business data analysis and strategic assessments.
• Assist with contract management and asset supervision.
• Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Inside Sales, in addition to engaging in ad-hoc and cross-functional European projects.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Law, Languages, or related fields.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• A keen interest in sales support, administrative functions, and public sector contracting.
• Familiarity or experience with tender screening and offer evaluation processes.
• Knowledge of SAP and corporate software is advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to operate in an international setting.
