Business Account Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding customer service to both Industrial Customers and Retailers.

• Work collaboratively with the Industrial Team to support account management efforts.

• Offer prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance to customers.

• Educate and guide customers regarding products and services.

• Assist with online orders through Ecomm.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• At least 4 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, account management support, sales support, or a similar customer-facing position.

• Proven experience in addressing customer inquiries and providing support via phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Experience in managing detailed information, keeping accurate records, and operating within multiple systems.

• A track record of delivering exceptional customer service with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on solutions.

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to foster positive relationships with customers and internal business partners.

• Capability to support account setup, maintenance, and customer program administration while juggling multiple priorities.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

• Proficient in investigating and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.

• Experience in utilizing order management systems and customer service applications.
