Bulk Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee efficient bulk loan onboarding procedures

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Work collaboratively with clients, retiring servicers, and internal teams to facilitate successful bulk loan transfer operations

• Organize online meetings and conference calls to set expectations, define timelines, address concerns, and ensure appropriate follow-up

• Design and uphold project plans detailing completed activities

• Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, clients, management, and affected groups

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the project's lifecycle

• Conduct post-onboarding Lessons Learned sessions and identify new best practices

• Revise and maintain Bulk Procedures and Transfer Instructions

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience

• Leadership capabilities with the ability to foster consensus among diverse groups

• Capacity to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks at the same time

• Excellent customer service abilities

• Strong internal communication skills and aptitude for collaboration with various departments

• Solid background in Mortgage Servicing, particularly Transfers of Servicing

• In-depth knowledge of department operating systems/applications and integrated software/applications

• Familiarity with the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures

• Strong interpersonal skills, relationship-building abilities, and teamwork orientation

• Competence in translating technical information for a non-technical audience

• Self-motivated and proactive

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Successful completion of a background check and credit check, where allowed by applicable law
