This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Identify and secure new business prospects within the supermarket sector and OEM partner landscape.

• Develop and nurture a high-performing network of channel and OEM partners.

• Manage partner performance by establishing clear expectations, KPIs, and growth plans.

• Implement and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and margin objectives.

• Build and sustain strong relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-suite executives.

• Lead intricate sales engagements, effectively navigating high-value, strategic discussions.

• Conduct market research to inform go-to-market strategies and competitive positioning.

• Facilitate monthly performance reviews with partners and internal sales teams.

• Collaborate across functions with Marketing, Engineering, and Customer teams.

• Oversee forecasting, regional sales planning, and annual quota establishment.

• Monitor and enhance core KPIs such as pipeline growth, conversion, and customer satisfaction.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in B2B sales and business development.

• Preferred experience in supermarkets, OEM partnerships, building, HVAC, or energy-related sectors.

• Strong expertise in channel and/or OEM partner development and management.

• Fearless and highly motivated, with the confidence to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.

• Commercially savvy, with the capability to translate strategy into actionable results.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication.

• Data-driven, with proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

• Self-motivated with a collaborative, cross-functional approach.
