Building Management System Coordinator – Customer Engineer Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in the construction and implementation of Digital Twins for our clients by engaging directly in live deployment projects.

• Leverage your expertise in building systems (HVAC, BMS, electrical, and mechanical) to facilitate data processing and validation.

• Collaborate with 3D building models (such as Revit or Navisworks) to comprehend building layouts and aid in precise Digital Twin creation, while analyzing extensive datasets using tools like Excel to identify issues and ensure data integrity.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across various departments to establish and support system integrations.

• Employ AI tools to enhance data processing, documentation, and problem-solving, while remaining open to learning and adopting new tools and technologies as they emerge.

• Keep the Team Leader updated on progress, issues, risks, and obstacles daily to facilitate effective deliverable management.

• Collaborate with Willow’s Product and Engineering teams to enhance product capabilities and future planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in MEP/building services engineering, Building Automation Services, or project/program coordination, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven services environment.

• A background in MEP engineering (mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing), particularly in control and monitoring within the built environment, is highly regarded.

• A comprehensive understanding of standard building technology systems such as HVAC controls, Building Management Systems (BMS), lighting controls, energy metering networks, IT/OT/IoT devices and networks, and access control and security technologies.

• Experience with 3D modeling/BIM is highly esteemed and considered a significant advantage — familiarity with authoring or review tools such as Revit, Navisworks, or Archicad is beneficial.

• Proficient in using or willing to learn AI tools like Claude to enhance productivity.

• Excellent communication skills — capable of articulating concepts clearly and simply to team members.

• Strong data analysis capabilities, with the ability to interpret and work with large, varied datasets (e.g. using Excel, SQL, or similar tools) to extract insights and inform decision-making.
