Building Inspector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Evaluate construction sites at different phases

• Provide guidance on regulatory obligations

• Execute thorough site evaluations and regulatory audits

• Carry out building inspections at multiple construction phases to ensure adherence to Building Regulations

• Oversee inspection processes and enforce compliance with regulations

• Compile comprehensive compliance documentation and offer consultancy services

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess membership in RICS, CABE, or a comparable organization (or have relevant experience)

• Ensure continuous professional development (CPD) requirements are fulfilled to enhance and advance skills

• Exhibit compliance by registering as an RBI at an appropriate tier (3G/3H)

• Showcase strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships

• Demonstrate capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within large project teams

• Assess complex problems and formulate effective solutions
