This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Protecting and expanding the market share for leading commercial glass mat roofing and wall products.
• Introducing innovative solutions to longstanding challenges within the commercial construction sector.
• Establishing and nurturing strong connections with architects, consultants, building owners, and system manufacturers.
• Implementing strategies with a significant level of independence and responsibility.
• Working collaboratively with Marketing, Technical teams, and other Sales team members.
• Formulating and executing strategies aimed at growing and defending market share.
• Discovering project opportunities through databases.
• Building market presence through industry associations and local connections.
• Participating in the sales process from product selection to installation.
• Leveraging Salesforce® CRM for business collaboration and communication.
• Acting as a technical resource for commercial value-added roof and wall products.
• Delivering sales forecasts that consider key trends, competitive dynamics, and market conditions.
• A minimum of three (3) years of technical sales experience.
• Proficiency in delivering technical presentations.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Valid US Driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta, GA area.
• Experience in Technical & Specification sales related to commercial building materials.
• Experience in presenting AIA-accredited courses and other educational sessions to the commercial building design community.
• Knowledge of Commercial Building Enclosure design and construction practices.
• Industry credentials such as (CDT) Construction Documents Technology, (CCPR) Certified Construction Product Representative, or (RRO) Registered Roof Observer.
• Familiarity with Salesforce® as a sales enablement and collaboration tool.
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Building Construction, Architecture, or a related field.
