Building Envelope Consultant – Project Assessor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate as a team member on projects, offering support to seasoned building envelope consultants.

• Observe, document, and report on the adherence of construction to project specifications.

• Conduct field observations related to roofing, waterproofing, and building enclosures.

• Assist in field investigations and condition assessments.

• Draft summary and technical reports under the guidance of supervisors.

• Assess contractor performance to ensure compliance with deliverables and quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a related position.

• Preferred 2+ years of experience with AutoCAD/Revit.

• Familiarity with building materials and construction processes.

• Capacity to read and comprehend architectural drawings.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
