This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

• Integrate LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and tool integration to develop agents for practical business applications.

• Collaborate closely with the AI Agentics, Operations, and Client Services teams to design and implement agentic solutions.

• Convert business and operational requirements into precise technical specifications.

• Define agent behavior to ensure alignment with established business objectives.

• Develop orchestration logic and tool integrations that facilitate agent functionality.

• Produce comprehensive documentation to assist in agent development and implementation.

• Generate playbooks and standard operating procedures for future developers.

• Guarantee that agentic systems are properly designed from the beginning.

• Ensure agents operate safely and reliably within real business environments.

• Aid in implementation through effective design, governance, and documentation.

• Proven experience with LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, or the development of applications and tools utilizing large language models.

• Familiarity with integrating agents into existing tools, APIs, and business systems.

• Capability to translate business and operational requirements into clear technical specifications and impactful agent designs.

• Strong pattern recognition abilities and system comprehension.

• Experience in drafting SOPs, playbooks, and technical documentation.

• Proficient in collaborating across Operations, Development, and Client Services to identify high-impact use cases.

• Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical experts and business users.

• Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced change environment.
