This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Establish authentic connections with borrowers and referral partners.

• Comprehend each borrower's priorities and guide them through various mortgage solutions.

• Oversee every aspect of the mortgage process from the application stage to closing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of recent and consecutive experience in mortgage loan origination.

• Proven understanding of the entire loan lifecycle.

• An active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing with the NMLS for the relevant state(s), or the capability to obtain licensing within 60 days of hire.

• A demonstrated history of successful loan origination.

• An established referral network including realtors, builders, and industry professionals.

• Ability to effectively manage a consistent loan pipeline.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and inform sound lending decisions.
