
Builder Account Executive, Enterprise Healthcare Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the Full Lifecycle: From initial outreach and "top-down" prospecting to securing agreements at the IDN/Health System level.
• Engage with the C-Suite: Facilitate multi-stakeholder deals (6–18 month cycles) that involve COOs, CHROs, and CEOs.
• Design the Solution: This isn't just a "product-in-a-box." You will work closely with our Learning Design and Leadership teams to customize solutions that address specific clinical and operational challenges.
• Adapt in Real-Time: When a pitch falls short, you won’t wait for Marketing to resolve it. You’ll identify the issue, refine the business case, and make another attempt.
• 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, preferably selling complex services or high-ACV offerings to Health Systems.
• Capability to develop a business case that is impactful for a CFO or Chief People Officer.
• A strong history of maneuvering through lengthy, bureaucratic sales processes without losing momentum.
• Outstanding writing and presentation abilities; you should excel at simplifying complex concepts.
• Experience in healthcare is a significant advantage, but a high Sales IQ and business resilience are essential.
