BTP Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide support to cross-functional teams tasked with the efficient processing of automated workflows.

• Oversee and uphold operational workflows to ensure precision in processing and that service level targets are achieved.

• Diagnose workflow issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve them.

• Relay updates on workflow status changes and operational developments to external stakeholders.

• Aid in the generation, review, analysis, and creation of operational reports along with data queries.

• Track and evaluate metrics related to the performance and effectiveness of automated workflows.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp business challenges and operational pain points.

• Evaluate enhancement requests while keeping track of the status of existing requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in operations.

• Familiarity with or experience in DevOps environments.

• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for formulating data-driven recommendations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in data analysis using tools such as:

• Excel

• Tableau

• SQL

• Python

• Experience in managing relationships with stakeholders.

• Background in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Proven experience in monitoring operational workflows to ensure that requests and documents progress accurately through automated systems.

• Capability to analyze case or document status data and pinpoint processing delays or system issues.

• Experience in coordinating with technical and operations teams to rectify defects and apply data fixes.

• Strong skills in Excel and reporting (data cleansing, pivot tables, tracking logs, status reporting).

• Experience in gathering business requirements for operational reports and dashboards.
