This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.
β’ Design the internal mechanisms of our proprietary browser to combat fingerprinting and anti-bot detection at the core levels of the architecture.
β’ Expand the stealth capabilities across new engines and mobile configurations.
β’ Develop our own automation client to efficiently manage and control the browser at scale, particularly on challenging websites.
β’ Create introspection and tracing tools that transform days of manual ban investigations into quick readouts.
β’ Strengthen the release pipeline to ensure that browser updates are not accompanied by sudden drops in success rates.
β’ Enhance browser performance to match the speed of the leading headless and cloud browser solutions.
β’ Contribute to shaping the team's technical roadmap and engage in open source browser development efforts.
β’ Extensive proficiency in C++ and TypeScript.
β’ Prior experience contributing to the source code of an open-source browser project, such as Chromium, WebKit, or Firefox.
β’ Strong understanding of Web APIs (e.g., canvas, audio, WebGL, WebRTC).
β’ In-depth knowledge of operating systems, along with familiarity with emulation and virtualization technologies.
β’ Solid grasp of the TCP/IP stack, as well as HTTP and SOCKS protocols.
β’ Good understanding of containerization concepts (Docker, containerd, runc, K8s).
β’ Experience with Rust programming language.
β’ Proven experience in building and deploying production-grade applications.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of browser fingerprinting techniques.
β’ Bonus points for:
β’ Being a core contributor to any of the major browser projects.
β’ Familiarity with libraries like Puppeteer and Playwright, as well as the underlying Chrome DevTools Protocol.
β’ Experience in developing or replacing a CDP-based automation client.
β’ Knowledge of WebAssembly.
β’ Experience with mobile browser stacks and mobile device/browser profiles.
β’ Experience in developing any of the following: QEMU, WSL, Wine, VirtualBox.
