This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Collaborate with expertise in the securities industry, brokerage investing, and various company services.
• Assist clients in choosing the most suitable provider for After Tax Brokerage Accounts.
• Offer information and guidance regarding qualified plan distributions, loans, investment options, and specific plan regulations.
• Identify the correct IRA account types and effectively communicate IRA alternatives.
• Navigate the internal PFC 529 website to obtain information about college savings plans.
• Develop a knowledge base and inform employees about the advisor relationship.
• Conduct customer and support interactions.
• Work autonomously to troubleshoot, investigate issues, and devise solutions.
• Educate callers on concepts related to retirement and education funding.
• Listen to clients and evaluate both articulated and unarticulated needs.
• Utilize data to objectively guide, persuade, and influence clients.
• Pose relevant probing questions to assess client needs.
• Collaborate with the Call Center and Defined Contribution Client Teams to help achieve objectives.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial industry.
• FINRA SIE certification is mandatory.
• Capability to obtain FINRA Series 6 License within 6 months of employment.
• Capability to obtain FINRA Series 63 License within 6 months of employment.
• Ability to utilize conceptual thinking to identify patterns, apply concepts, and clarify complex information.
• Skill in educating callers on intricate retirement and education funding concepts.
• Proficiency in listening to clients and understanding both articulated and unarticulated needs.
• Strong rapport-building and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented skills to engage with colleagues in the Call Center and Defined Contribution Client Teams.
• Ability to use data to persuade and influence clients while providing objective guidance.
• Competence in asking relevant probing questions to evaluate client needs.
• Work authorization in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Successful completion of a background check and any necessary position-specific checks.
