This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Lead sales initiatives and secure new carrier partnerships to expand QuoteWell's market presence.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of wholesale operations at QuoteWell.
• Build, sustain, and enhance relationships with clients and agents.
• Attract, promote, quote, bind, and confirm both new and existing business.
• Negotiate optimal terms and coverage options with available markets.
• Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to create solutions that enhance efficiency throughout the entire policy lifecycle in the surplus lines sector.
• Adequate experience that has enabled you to create a substantial book of business.
• Required licenses for your specific lines of business.
• Proven sales and production skills.
• Capability to manage high-volume transactions, swiftly generating quotes and servicing policies.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• An inherent drive to follow through and a track record of being resourceful when necessary.
• Willingness and capacity to travel based on the needs of clients, agents, and new business opportunities.
