This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Execute new and renewal business operations by quoting, placing, binding, and confirming policies in accordance with established guidelines.

• Promote insurance products by identifying suitable coverage solutions through accessible markets for less complex risks.

• Negotiate coverage terms with carriers within specified underwriting and pricing parameters.

• Act as the primary contact for agents regarding assigned accounts.

• Manage communications and address inquiries in a high-volume environment.

• Ensure the accuracy of submissions and policy information, including risk details and coverage structures.

• Monitor assigned accounts for adherence to company policies, procedures, and underwriting standards.

• Facilitate transactional deal flow and contribute to the overall production goals of the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in the English language is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree or a relevant insurance designation is preferred.

• Experience in wholesale insurance, encompassing quoting, placement, or account management responsibilities.

• Experience expectations evolve throughout the career path toward executing more complex deals and taking on broader market responsibilities.

• An appropriate state-specific insurance license is required.

• A strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting concepts, and market placement practices.

• Capability to analyze risk information and align coverage solutions within defined guidelines.

• Ability to manage high-volume workflows efficiently and accurately.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.

• Proficiency in systems and tools utilized to support quoting, placement, and servicing activities.
