Brazil GEG Coordinator – Video Games Research Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Recruit suitable participants for Interpret’s qualitative research utilizing the Good Gamer Group panel.

• Implement study-specific qualifications, quotas, subquotas, and group specifics.

• Code screener surveys with Alchemer (previously known as SurveyGizmo).

• Acquire basic CRM functionality and leverage email/SMS marketing to boost screener responses.

• Monitor project progress in Microsoft Excel through data manipulation and formulas.

• Vet recruits via phone and/or video to validate screener qualifications.

• Organize and confirm participant schedules; send emails and conduct reminder calls.

• For hybrid employees, occasional travel to Interpret playtesting labs or client sites for check-ins and light IT tasks.

• Entry-level position; no minimum experience required.

• No specific qualifications mandated.

• Proficient phone etiquette, personal organization, and technological skills.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to self-motivate and adhere to strict deadlines.

• Preferably familiar with gaming and major game franchises.

• A passion for gaming and knowledge of the gaming industry is highly sought after.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong phone and customer service abilities.

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

• Capability to work with minimal supervision.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; training may be provided.

• General understanding of gaming markets and key genres/franchises across PC, console, and mobile platforms.

• Eagerness to learn new software.
