This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Oversee the planning and execution of international events, from the initial concept and booth design to on-site execution and post-event evaluation.
• Serve as the key point of contact between global venues, vendors, and internal stakeholders to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Coordinate calendars, arrange cross-functional meetings, and manage complex travel and event logistics.
• Assist the Expansion Team with budget reconciliation, expense tracking, and comprehensive performance reporting.
• Handle both internal and external communications, ensuring that the brand voice remains consistent across English and Spanish-speaking markets.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management or Hospitality & Tourism Management.
• More than 5 years of demonstrated success in global corporate events or the professional event sector.
• Native or full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (Bonus points for proficiency in Italian).
• Advanced skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, invoicing, and expense management.
• Ability to transition from high-level sponsorship strategy to detailed execution.
