Branding Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Organize and facilitate weekly alignment sessions or workshops with clients.

• Create meeting agendas and document minutes along with action items.

• Coordinate with specialist team members to ensure timely progress on tasks.

• Collaborate with design and strategy specialists to ensure alignment with project priorities.

• Monitor deliverables, timelines, and subsequent steps.

• Ensure that the client feels informed, supported, and confident about the project's progress.

• Proactively identify and communicate any risks, delays, or scope changes early on.

• Maintain project continuity to prevent any loss of detail between meetings.

• Review the monthly content plan to confirm that all content is prepared and scheduled.

• Follow up on posting and delivery schedules.

• Conduct light client communication and status updates.

• Ensure the smooth and timely completion of monthly work.

• Proven experience in project coordination, account management, or client services.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Able to confidently lead client calls and maintain focus in discussions.

• Warm, calm, and professional communication style.

• Enjoys establishing structure and clarity in processes.

• Capable of working independently and taking initiative.

• Comfortable collaborating with senior creative and strategic team members.

• Interest in branding, communication, strategy, or businesses in the financial sector.

• Ideally possesses some knowledge of finance, financial services, or investment-related industries.

• Bonus qualifications include:

• Experience working with agencies or consultancies.

• Experience in taking meeting notes and converting them into clear action items.

• Familiarity with tools like Slack, Toggl, Trello, monday.com, or similar platforms.
