Branded Sites Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact, establishing enduring relationships with English-speaking clients as they onboard their new website projects.

• Assist clients through various channels including email, phone, and screen-sharing meetings.

• Develop and maintain robust, long-lasting customer relationships.

• Assign tasks or projects to team members effectively.

• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, including customer service and the website design project team, to enhance the overall customer experience.

• Monitor and evaluate client websites to ensure we deliver high-quality products.

• Collect and refine specifications and requirements based on client needs.

• Ensure proper expectation management, timely delivery, and successful implementation of our solutions aligned with the client's objectives.

• Achieve the monthly KPIs set by management.

• Report directly to the US Branded Sites Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills are essential.

• Experience with CMS platforms like Squarespace, Wix, or WordPress is a PLUS.

• Background in Project Management or Account Management is preferred.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a PLUS.

• Must be a confident, experienced, and diligent problem solver.

• Strong work ethic and proactive approach are required.

• Availability to work full shifts in the PST Timezone is necessary.
