This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and deliver briefs and pitches.
• Oversee the strategic responses to briefs of various sizes, collaborating closely with Sales to generate clear, on-brand solutions swiftly.
• Create compelling presentations and pitch decks that vividly convey ideas to clients and agencies.
• Assist in renewals and upsell discussions by identifying strategic opportunities that provide measurable benefits.
• Implement measurement frameworks to effectively demonstrate campaign impact and continuously enhance the quality of our work.
• Help to package Pubity’s offerings around key events (such as the Super Bowl, Valentine’s Day, World Cup, Coachella) and contribute to scalable, ongoing products.
• Introduce innovative ideas for campaign formats that maintain our distinctiveness in the Gen Z and youth-culture sector.
• Utilize AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, and Perplexity) to accelerate insights, ideation, and deck creation.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Production, and Sales teams to ensure our strategies are cohesive and ready for clients.
• Partner with regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across different markets.
• Manage your workload effectively—handle multiple briefs simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality under pressure.
• 4-6 years of experience in campaign strategy, brand partnerships, integrated marketing, or a role within a media or creative agency.
• Proven history of responding to client briefs and playing a key role in successful pitches.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities, capable of creating impactful decks.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content types, and what resonates with Gen Z and youth demographics.
• Practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or Perplexity.
• Comfortable working with data and performance metrics to refine and enhance creative outputs.
• Solid project management skills, ensuring tasks stay on course without external prompting.
• A team-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills across diverse teams and time zones.
• Proficient in Canva, PowerPoint or Google Slides, Excel, and modern collaboration tools.
