Brand Social Media Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assist the Senior Social Media Manager with daily responsibilities including editing Reels and TikTok content as well as scheduling posts.

• Help craft captions for content, particularly focusing on Pinterest and TikTok platforms.

• Contribute to the planning of content for Pinterest.

• Engage in community management across all social media channels, which includes responding to and interacting with the Australian social community.

• Aid in monthly reporting requirements by gathering metrics and insights from social media tools.

• Keep informed about channel-specific trends and technical updates across all social media platforms, with a special emphasis on Pinterest and TikTok.

• Perform monthly competitive analyses within the hospitality and luxury lifestyle sectors and beyond.

• Responsible for ensuring the organization of the ARC content library in Dropbox.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous internship experience in social media is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

• A genuine passion for social media and the luxury lifestyle sector.

• Ability to proactively discover social media opportunities to meet current and future goals and objectives.

• Proficient in software such as CapCut, Edits, Google Suite, Facebook Manager, Photoshop, Canva, Dropbox, and Excel.

• Enthusiasm for supporting the social media strategy of a luxury brand.

• Preferred availability of at least three days per week (15-20 hours per week) for a duration of at least 4-6 months. A longer-term internship may be considered.
