📋 Description

• Enhance and expand Jerry's organic visibility on platforms such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Create a community engagement strategy for Jerry that outlines guidelines for posting, responding, and knowing when to remain silent within various communities.

• Cultivate Jerry’s subreddits into vibrant and trusted communities.

• Develop scalable content and engagement strategies while maintaining authenticity and utilizing AI when beneficial.

• Work collaboratively with the Growth and Content teams to ensure consistency across all channels.

• Evaluate sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management or organic social media.

• Ideally experienced in fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-oriented and/or regulated sectors.

• Proficient in a platform-native writing style tailored for Reddit, TikTok, and Quora.

• Capable of avoiding corporate jargon to produce authentic and engaging content.

• Knowledge of SEO and an understanding of how LLMs reference sources.

• Demonstrated ability to transform mundane or high-pressure topics into relatable, genuine, and engaging content.

• Must currently reside in one of the eligible U.S. states or Ontario, Canada.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.
