Brand Protection Specialist – SEO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee search engines and online platforms to identify unauthorized usage of the company's content and intellectual property.

• Draft and manage DMCA notices, abuse complaints, takedown requests, and counter-notices.

• Collaborate with domain registrars, hosting companies, and web-security services to address abuse issues.

• Investigate effective tools and strategies for brand protection and online enforcement.

• Partner with SEO, Marketing, and Legal teams to assess risks and safeguard branded search results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Legal, Brand Protection, Copyright/IP, SEO, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with copyright and intellectual property concepts.

• Excellent research and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to independently investigate cases and develop effective solutions.

• A proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented mindset.

• Proficiency in Ukrainian, both written and spoken.

• Experience with DMCA notices, abuse complaints, takedown requests, or counter-notices is a plus.

• Background in working with domain registrars, hosting providers, or web-security services is a plus.

• Experience collaborating with Legal, SEO, or Brand Protection teams is a plus.
