This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Identify and evaluate infringements related to trademarks, copyrights, and counterfeiting across various marketplaces, social media platforms, websites, and domains.
• Implement takedowns, issue DMCA notices, and execute platform enforcement actions.
• Conduct digital investigations to reveal infringers, networks, and supply chains.
• Provide support for domain enforcement actions, including UDRP/ADR cases as necessary.
• Develop and implement enforcement strategies and guidelines tailored to client needs.
• Oversee enforcement pipelines and guarantee timely resolution of cases.
• Ensure high-quality execution that aligns with KPIs and SLAs.
• Foster ongoing improvements in workflows and enforcement procedures.
• Analyze enforcement data to detect trends, emerging threats, and potential risks.
• Compile regular monthly and quarterly reports that include actionable insights.
• Convert data into clear recommendations for internal teams and clients.
• Assist Manager/Client Leads with client communication and reporting obligations.
• Serve as a coordination point between clients and global operations teams.
• Contribute to strategy discussions by offering data-supported insights and observations.
• Collaborate closely with Legal, Enforcement, Product, and Technology teams.
• Coordinate with analyst teams from various regions to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Aid in the onboarding process for new clients and programs, including data setup, workflows, and enforcement guidelines.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Intellectual Property, Business, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in brand protection, IP law, online enforcement, or digital investigations.
• Preferred experience in EU trademark frameworks, enforcement, or regulatory environments.
• Strong knowledge of online marketplaces and social media enforcement.
• Solid understanding of trademark/IP infringement concepts.
• Familiarity with domain abuse and takedown processes.
• Knowledge of EUIPO, WIPO, and trademark databases.
• Experience with enforcement tools and takedown platforms such as Amazon and Meta.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive ownership mindset.
• Strong analytical thinking skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Effective communication skills and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Excellent time management skills with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Adaptability in a rapidly evolving digital threat landscape.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Proficiency in additional European languages (Italian, French, German, or Spanish) is a strong advantage.
• Preferred experience in fashion, luxury, or regulated industries.
• Previous exposure to multi-jurisdictional enforcement programs is preferred.
• Understanding of emerging risks such as social commerce, domain abuse, and NFTs is preferred.
• Primarily desk-based role utilizing digital enforcement tools.
• Collaborative global environment with cross-regional teams.
• Occasional involvement in client calls and reviews.
