Brand Protection Consultant – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Perform online research to discover and profile software resellers and participants in digital marketplaces.

• Evaluate websites, online marketplaces, and digital platforms to pinpoint potential intellectual property or compliance issues.

• Interact with resellers and other stakeholders via email and digital communication channels.

• Collect, organize, and document evidence, including screenshots, website data, and supporting records.

• Keep precise and detailed records within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

• Upload, organize, and manage documentation through SharePoint and internal platforms.

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of data with established processes and quality standards.

• Assist with ongoing project reporting and research activities as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• 1–3 years of professional experience in research, compliance, operations, investigations, customer support, administration, e-commerce, risk management, or related areas.

• Proficient English and Filipino communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Capability to work independently while adhering to established processes and guidelines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and online research tools.

• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital platforms.
