This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Take charge of the Brand team's process for handling inbound requests, including triage, routing, and workflow management within Asana.
• Create and sustain project structures, templates, task dependencies, and timeline tracking in Asana across various brand sub-teams.
• Chart brand touchpoints across owned, earned, and internal channels to ensure a comprehensive end-to-end view of the brand.
• Integrate performance reporting from various sub-teams into coherent insights for leadership.
• Act as the main point of contact between the Brand team and cross-functional Marketing partners.
• Document workflows, intake procedures, and operational standards to facilitate team scalability.
• Oversee content publishing schedules, reporting deadlines, and regular brand review cycles.
• Proficiency in Asana at an expert level is essential.
• Strong foundational knowledge of project management applied in a creative or marketing context.
• Proven experience in consolidating data from various sources into clear, actionable reports for non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational abilities to manage a high volume of concurrent requests and competing deadlines.
• Professional, service-oriented communication style when interacting with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and project intake/ticketing tools is required.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or legal tech is an advantage.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Fully remote position available to candidates located in Latin America.
• Full-time role with a commitment of 40 hours per week.
