• Curate and select premium footage from extensive content libraries
• Edit short-form vertical videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) for social media platforms
• Design and animate dynamic motion graphics (kinetic typography, logo animations, transitions)
• Develop motion concepts for websites, storytelling sets, and brand films
• Create mood boards, visual treatments, and motion references
• Curate music, sound design, and voiceovers that align with each brand's identity
• Edit English-language talking-head content with a strong sense of pacing and rhythm
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, ElevenLabs, Topaz) to enhance production quality
• Manage versioning and delivery through collaborative tools
• Work closely with the design team to integrate motion into broader brand systems
• Engage in daily team check-ins and manage your workload independently
• Strong portfolio showcasing editorial taste and high-quality visual storytelling
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of pacing, rhythm, and visual composition
• Advanced English communication skills (both written and spoken)
• High attention to detail and a strong execution mindset
• Nice to Have: Experience with 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini)
• 40 hours/week schedule
