Brand & Marketing Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the daily production aspect of brand and marketing design across web, digital platforms, products, print media, and live events.

• Create new landing pages, analyze performance, suggest improvements, and execute A/B tests on the Callstack website.

• Develop templates and presentation decks for internal teams.

• Provide sales and delivery teams with materials that facilitate deal closures.

• Generate graphics, simple animations, and short videos for campaigns, content, and social media.

• Collaborate on the brand and visual experience for Callstack events.

• Oversee digital, print, spatial, and on-site implementation.

• Maintain and enhance the Callstack visual identity system.

• Refine existing design processes and establish any that are lacking.

• Construct and integrate AI tools into the design workflow.

• Utilize AI in every aspect of your work on a daily basis.

• Design and launch websites for incubator projects, including active vibe-coded implementation.

• Assist in incubator product design, hackathons, and launches when design support is required.

• Collaborate directly with the Lead Designer (Damian Redecki) and Founder (Mike Grabowski) on strategic initiatives.

• Accept feedback promptly and elevate the quality of every deliverable.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of design experience in brand, marketing, web, and print, with a portfolio demonstrating both systems thinking and craftsmanship.

• Strong visual sensibility and the capability to design within an established brand and visual framework.

• Daily, hands-on use of AI throughout your entire workflow: generation, ideation, automation, and internal tools.

• Proficient in Figma, Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator), AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Codex, or Claude Code), Notion, and Slack.

• Excellent self-management, strong organizational abilities, and clear written communication skills.

• You provide constructive feedback effectively and receive it without ego.

• A strong inclination towards delivering results. You complete tasks, measure outcomes, and iterate.

• Familiarity with software houses, React, technology, or SaaS environments is a plus.

• Comfort with Webflow and other no-code platforms is advantageous.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a bonus.
