This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Engage in the creation of brand strategies that align with company objectives, focusing on positioning, messaging, and revenue targets for branded products.
• Oversee in-store activations across various territories, collaborating with internal teams (marketing, creative, digital, R&D, retail, compliance) and external agencies from the initial concept through execution and analysis.
• Spearhead brand and product launches in AZ, working with internal teams (marketing, creative, digital, R&D, L&D, retail, compliance) and external agencies; including initial training for retail teams, ongoing support post-launch, and analysis.
• Ensure that products and packaging adhere to brand standards and comply with state regulations, working closely with the packaging department, design agencies, and compliance teams.
• Act as the liaison between the AZ market and the National Brand Marketing team, ensuring collaboration with the state marketing team for creative briefs, marketing communications for retail, product information, and promotions.
• Responsible for maintaining brand consistency and coherence across markets.
• Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Specialist to ensure that swag options comply with regulations and are executed smoothly at the store level for each activation.
• Partner with the Social Media team to ensure relevant market content is created and captured for each brand.
• Maintain brand integrity by collaborating with vendors, employees, and partners to ensure proper and consistent brand usage.
• Adhere to all security policies and procedures in each territory.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Over 4 years of experience in a marketing and/or retail-related position.
• Brand marketing experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with brand partnerships and collaborations is preferred.
• Knowledge of Go-To Market Product strategy.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Exceptional writing skills, regardless of the subject matter.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritize while handling multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with co-workers and upper management as needed.
• Capability to influence co-workers, including leadership.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and a creative team player.
