• Establish Brand Strategy: Craft and execute a long-term vision and roadmap for the brand, ensuring alignment with PANOS’ overarching business goals.
• Make informed decisions regarding the brand portfolio (e.g., expanding, consolidating, or discontinuing products).
• Evaluate and enhance the brand's market positioning against competitors to guarantee ongoing growth and differentiation.
• Take responsibility for the brand’s profit and loss (P&L), balancing revenue growth with effective cost management.
• Distribute marketing budgets and collaborate with Sales to ensure efficient use of trade spending for maximum ROI.
• Drive pricing strategies, taking into account market conditions, costs, and consumer pricing sensitivity.
• Employ data analytics tools (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, SPINS) to assess sales trends, market share, and promotional success.
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management.
• Discover and implement efficiencies within business processes that influence the brand.
• Collaborate with the PANOS Sales team and broker partners to align on brand objectives, distribution focuses, and promotional tactics.
• Guide the Sales team on brand assortment priorities and customer targets to achieve expansion objectives.
• Utilize core brand messaging, consumer insights, and market data to develop compelling selling narratives that secure support for new distribution or offerings.
• Assess trade promotions, modify strategies based on data insights, and ensure effective returns on trade investments.
• Recognize consumer needs, study market trends, and partner with R&D to develop products that are in line with brand strategy.
• Plan and implement product launches, coordinating efforts with R&D, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Use consumer insights and market data to enhance products and uphold high standards in design, functionality, and appeal.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that align with broader business objectives.
• Lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across digital and social media platforms; collaborate with external content creators to ensure engagement with target audiences.
• Develop shopper marketing initiatives to boost awareness and trial among key customers.
• Master’s degree (MBA) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in brand management or similar roles within the CPG or food and beverage sector.
• Strong analytical abilities with a background in data interpretation and deriving actionable insights.
• Proficiency in tools such as Nielsen, IRI, or SPINS is highly preferred.
