This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take charge of all client communications β€” every email, every Slack conversation, and every meeting. You will represent GIGABRANDS for your accounts. This is essential.

β€’ Oversee 10-15 Amazon brands with an unwavering focus on growth, retention, and proactive communication.

β€’ Actively develop and share account strategies β€” don't wait for clients to inquire. Anticipate their requirements and offer recommendations proactively.

β€’ Review all reports, presentations, and deliverables from your PPC Specialist and Account Manager prior to client distribution. Nothing is sent out without your review.

β€’ Monitor and report on sales targets and growth KPIs weekly. Highlight fiscal issues β€” such as budget overruns, underperformance, or missed targets β€” immediately. Avoid bringing up problems during quarterly reviews.

β€’ Maintain 30/60/90 day objectives for each account and drive progress with clarity and urgency.

β€’ Proactively communicate successes to clients. Don’t wait for biweekly meetings to celebrate a sales increase or a catalog enhancement.

β€’ Cultivate relationships beyond performance metrics β€” understand your clients' business goals, team dynamics, and challenges. The Brand Manager serves as the first and last line of defense against churn.

β€’ If a client becomes unresponsive, follow up. Utilize calls and texts if necessary. Silence from our side can result in churn.

β€’ Lead your Pod β€” including the Account Manager, PPC Specialist, and Graphic Designer β€” with clarity and accountability.

β€’ Assign tasks in ClickUp with clearly defined start dates, end dates, time estimates, and priority levels for each task.

β€’ Assess all incoming requests before directing them to the team β€” safeguard your Pod's focus time.

β€’ Conduct biweekly check-ins at the Pod level to align on account health, priorities, and capacity.

β€’ Manage capacity planning for your entire Pod, not just your individual workload.

β€’ Mentor and assist Junior Brand Managers and Account Managers as the team expands.

β€’ Exemplify core values in every interaction β€” you set the standard for your Pod.

β€’ Keep ClickUp boards organized at all times β€” every task logged, every deadline monitored, and every board actively followed up on.

β€’ Record every task β€” including internal meetings, external meetings, recurring audits, and ad hoc requests with start dates, due dates, time estimates, and priority levels.

β€’ After each client meeting, convert all notes and action items into ClickUp tasks by the end of the day. No action item should remain undocumented.

β€’ After daily reviews of Slack and email, add any new ad hoc tasks to ClickUp with time estimates by the end of the day.

β€’ Schedule all recurring tasks (internal meetings, external meetings, regular audits) in ClickUp at the beginning of each week.

β€’ Centralize all client data, strategic notes, and decisions in agreed-upon tools: ClickUp, Notion, and the Central Brain.

β€’ Utilize the Eisenhower Matrix to differentiate between urgent and important tasks and delegate accordingly.

β€’ Ensure all meeting recordings are captured using tl;dv, with notes processed through Google Gemini.

β€’ Implement at least one process automation or workflow enhancement each week, striving for continuous improvement.

β€’ Analyze new strategies, document outcomes, and share insights with your Pod.

β€’ Prepare thoroughly for every meeting: review the presentation, confirm that all previous action items are addressed in the update, and brief your AM and PPC Specialist on strategy and rationale before the call.

β€’ Conduct post-meeting follow-ups: create all ClickUp tasks by the end of the day, assign them to appropriate Pod members with dates and time estimates, send a client follow-up summary where needed, and update the 30/60/90 day goal tracker.

β€’ Participate in "husks" β€” GIGABRANDS' internal team-building and peer development sessions, collaborating with peers and learning from senior leaders.

β€’ Attend and actively engage in weekly upskilling classes; Senior Brand Managers will take on mentoring roles to support the broader team.

β€’ Read and apply frameworks from "Extreme Ownership" by Jocko Willink and "Own Your Day, Own Your Life" by Aubrey Marcus β€” these are integral to our operations, not optional readings.

β€’ Embrace expanded responsibilities as the company grows. This role will evolve with the business.

⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 3–5 years of experience in brand management, account management, or eCommerce marketing.

β€’ Direct Amazon experience β€” PPC, SEO, catalog management, and creative optimization (this is essential).

β€’ Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously while delivering measurable results.

β€’ Strong leadership skills β€” comfortable directing cross-functional teams across various functions and time zones.

β€’ Exceptional organizational skills with a systematic approach to task management, reporting, and follow-through.

β€’ Excellent communicator β€” confident in presenting to clients, writing clear strategic briefs, and conducting structured meetings.

β€’ Familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar project management tools.

β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, client-facing environment with a growth mindset.

β€’ Self-starter mentality β€” you provide solutions, not just problems.

β€’ Nice to Have

β€’ Agency background with multi-brand or multi-client account experience.

β€’ Familiarity with Notion, tl;dv, Google Gemini, Helium 10, and Data Dive.

β€’ Experience with the Eisenhower Matrix or similar prioritization and delegation frameworks.

β€’ Prior experience mentoring or managing junior team members.

🏝️ Benefits

β€’ πŸš€ Real ownership β€” a significant client portfolio where your decisions directly influence growth.

β€’ πŸ“ˆ Structured career path leading to Brand Director and senior leadership roles.

β€’ 🧠 Weekly upskilling sessions and internal husks to foster continuous growth.

β€’ 🀝 A values-driven culture founded on trust, accountability, and ongoing improvement.

β€’ πŸ“š Access to a leadership framework centered around Extreme Ownership and high-performance habits.

β€’ 🌐 Remote-first, full-time position aligned with US working hours.

β€’ ⚑ Be part of a rapidly growing agency making a significant impact in the Amazon ecosystem.
