Affiliate Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Recruit, onboard, and oversee affiliates, influencers, creators, and brand partners.

• Develop and expand affiliate programs across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Reddit, Telegram, Discord, and others.

• Establish long-term relationships with top-performing affiliates and content creators.

• Initiate and enhance affiliate campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

• Monitor and evaluate affiliate performance, sales, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).

• Discover new partnership opportunities to enhance customer acquisition and revenue.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional assets, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

• Ensure that affiliates adhere to brand guidelines and platform policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.

• Proven track record of growing affiliate programs for eCommerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.

• Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Reddit, Telegram, Discord, and other social media platforms.

• Practical experience with affiliate management platforms such as Impact, Everflow, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Refersion, PartnerStack, Rakuten Advertising, Awin, or similar.

• In-depth understanding of influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and performance marketing.

• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or similar reporting platforms.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Experience in the supplements, health, fitness, biohacking, or wellness industry is highly preferred.

• Candidates must be located in Turkey, USA, UAE, or India.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with U.S.-based partners and affiliates.
