This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.
• Act as the enterprise leader of the Fairhaven Health brand, responsible for sustaining long-term brand equity, growth, and profitability across both practitioner and consumer markets.
• Develop and refine a distinct brand strategy, positioning, and messaging framework that maintains clinical credibility while allowing for scalability.
• Serve as the senior internal authority and champion for the brand, protecting scientific integrity, ensuring regulatory compliance, and upholding brand standards across all interactions.
• Manage brand level P&L performance in collaboration with the Finance team, focusing on revenue growth, margin oversight, and investment prioritization.
• Direct the annual and multiyear brand planning process, including budget formulation, forecasting, and performance evaluations, leveraging insights to inform trade-offs and decision-making.
• Establish and track brand health, campaign effectiveness, and market KPIs, converting data into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with teams in Product Development, Scientific Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, Sales, Content, Creative, and Operations to ensure brand-driven decisions throughout the product lifecycle, influencing innovation pipelines, claims strategy, education, and commercialization to align with brand goals and long-term growth aspirations.
• Convert brand strategy into clear frameworks, briefs, and guidance that facilitate consistent, high-quality execution across teams and channels.
• Ensure a unified brand expression—voice, visual identity, and messaging—across campaigns, platforms, and customer experiences.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive brand management experience in CPG, dietary supplements, health & wellness, or a similarly regulated sector.
• Proven capability to own and advance brand strategy, positioning, and messaging, with accountability for long-term brand equity beyond just campaign execution.
• Experience overseeing or collaborating on brand level P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, investment prioritization, and performance trade-offs.
• Demonstrated success in leading through influence across cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Development, Finance, Scientific/Regulatory, Sales, Creative).
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to convert insights into clear recommendations and decisions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex or technical concepts into engaging brand narratives.
