This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Reporting to the Head of Global Portfolio Strategy for Endo Met.
• Leading the creation of a global brand strategy.
• Owning the commercial tactical plan for implementation throughout the EU and internationally.
• Shaping, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies within the Endo Met portfolio.
• Developing and implementing the most competitive, insight-driven brand strategy in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Co-leading the Lomitapide core team and contributing as necessary to optimize strategies, drive product launches, and manage the product life cycle.
• Ensuring that brand strategies and tactical plans are effectively cascaded and executed at the affiliate level.
• Offering support and guidance to affiliates regarding assigned brands (promotional materials, training, special projects, events).
• Providing critical commercial insights on key marketing decisions, including optimal positioning and messaging for market differentiation.
• Translating scientific information into marketing initiatives that positively impact patients' lives.
• Discovering actionable insights related to patient journeys, scientific aspects, and competitive landscapes, while guiding market research efforts.
• Cultivating in-depth customer, market, and therapeutic area knowledge and expertise.
• Establishing strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
• Providing positive leadership and fostering a productive influence across the organization.
• Setting priorities and tone for the brands.
• Building robust relationships with peers and cross-functional partners to enhance performance.
• Continuously raising standards and remaining unsatisfied with the status quo.
• Encouraging innovation and transforming ideas into reality.
• Ensuring all marketing activities and materials strictly comply with company standards (SOPs) and the ABPI Code of Practice.
• Adhering to the Company Code of Ethics.
• A university degree in Science and/or Marketing.
• Over 5 years of progressively responsible marketing and/or relevant commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as needed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment.
• Proven capability to influence and lead across functions and geographies without direct authority; works effectively with other leaders on the brand team.
• Must possess a positive attitude, strong written and interpersonal skills, along with excellent planning and organizational abilities to support brand objectives.
