📋 Description

• Develop branded graphics, social media posts, and short-form content across various platforms

• Craft assets for marketing campaigns, announcements, and partner promotions

• Ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity throughout all content

• Collaborate with the social media, email, and growth teams to address content requirements

• Produce content in batches ahead of time to uphold a steady publishing schedule

• Refine creative work based on performance metrics to enhance conversion rates

• No formal degree needed; a portfolio is required

• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Express, or comparable design tools

• Experience with Illustrator or Photoshop is an added advantage

• Strong sense of aesthetics and brand recognition

• Comfortable with both copywriting and visual design disciplines

• Capable of quickly producing assets without compromising quality

• Well-organized and able to meet established content deadlines
